Great little location with authentic ( even if it is mainly for tourists ) atmosphere and interior. Service was fast and professional and the all dishes I have ordered here have tasted great, you can order almost anything off the menu. And of course the beers were fantastic as well. Prices are also reasonable for the portions that are served. If you are looking for authentic Swabian food, look no further!

I had a delightful experience at this restaurant last Saturday. Finding a table for two was a breeze. The Bavarian-inspired decor creates a cozy atmosphere. Do not underestimate the size of their very delicious haxe. It's humongous. It's good for 2 people unless you're goal is to get hypertension.

I love this place! I am not a fan of German kitchen myself but their ribs and open buffet salad is extremely amazing. The service is super fast and friendly. The prices are more than okay considering it’s in the center of Stuttgart. I recommend this place to anyone.
Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was incredibly delicious, clearly prepared with great care and high-quality ingredients. The service deserves special mention as well the staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. We traveled there from Budapest, but if this restaurant were located in Budapest, we would definitely be regular guests. A truly outstanding experience, highly recommended.:)
The star of our lunch was the Pork ribs! Got a single portion pork ribs, 1/2 pork knuckle, 180gram beef steak and Käsespätzle because we want the German style noodles with cheese 🧀 it’s yummy! We were informed that waiter wasn’t fluent in English, did some google translation and we got our food ordered. We picked a hut instead of the tables inside of the restaurant. Note: 1 dish (food) per person is a must!
It was the best food I ever had in my life. The size of the leg of the pig was enormous and the taste was top tier. I am very delighted and happy to dine here. And the service the guy gave was remarkable, from the entry he was very friendly and the way he treated me was top notch. I really had an excellent experience, so I recommend everyone in Germany to try here 🙏🙏
I highly recommend Ochsen Willi as a dining highlight near Schlossplatz in Stuttgart. The food was very good, and there is an excellent salad buffet. The restaurant also has cozy barrel seats outside, which create a great atmosphere. We had the all-you-can-eat spare ribs. Even though we only managed about one and a half portions, we were allowed to take the rest home. The side dishes have to be ordered separately from the ribs. The ribs themselves were excellent. We tried them both ways: one portion with the sauce served on the side and another with the sauce directly on the ribs. Both were delicious. Overall, a great experience with tasty food, good service, and a unique setting. Definitely worth a visit!
